Glen Goins

General Manager

Glen is our Operations Manager, with experience in all phases of PLC, CNC, HMI, and SCADA systems. He is highly adept at driving production development efforts for existing products, as well as the creation of new ones. With extensive experience in precision manufacturing, wood products, and automotive industries, he is skilled in a variety of engineering environments and capacities (from design to implementation, troubleshooting, and management of complete industrial automation projects). Since he joined TAG in 2014, Glen has been known as the “Go To” person when things need to get done. His experience includes but is not limited to the retail field (garnished skills to affect good customer service), the computer sciences, employee training, and safety & security fields (which allowed for an appreciation of internal controls), and the manufacturing field (applying engineering duties in mechanical, electrical, environmental, and process control disciplines). These established him as a “Cradle to the Grave” problem solver.

Sarth Larkin

Project Manager

Sarth, with a BA in Business Management from Linfield College, joined the TAG team in 2015, now specializing in Project Management and purchasing oversight. Outside of work he enjoys Buddhist practice, motorcycling, water sports, downhill skiing, and good food. Sarth’s sources of pride come from his two kids and the electric El Camino he built a few years ago.

Chris Rodriguez

Pricing and Estimation Manager

Before joining TAG in 2017, Chris lived in California, graduating from Villa Park HS in 2000, then working at Staples, before landing a job as a water/wastewater Service Technician at a company out of Irvine, CA (where he serviced lift stations, as well as worked on pumps and controls). At TAG he specializes in sales, customer service and support, and bid quoting and estimating. His skills include understanding of specifications, drawings, and communication with fellow employees and customers. In his off time, Chris likes hiking, going shooting, football, baseball, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Darien Davison

Purchasing Assistant

Darien graduated from high school in Bellingham, WA and did two years at LCC before joining the TAG team in 2021. He helps in creating and sending purchase orders, tracking orders, and receiving them. Darien prides himself in being a people person, as he believes that it is important to have the best possible interactions with vendors and anyone else he comes in contact with. In his spare time, he lives for powder skiing, collecting records, and riding motorcycles. He also has an unhealthy obsession for classic Saab cars.
