Ridgeline Pipe Manufacturers is a PVC pipe Extrusion company.  After the previous company closed it's doors, some of the core employees started the new company.  They partnered with TAG to help them open their plant with the most Automated Extruder's, Vacuum Tanks, Puller, Saws and Bellers. The system that we designed uses the latest communication protocols, such as Devicenet, Controlnet  and Ethernet IP.  TAG designed the system to maximize the productivity of the operation and at the same time creating the most profitability for the ownership.
