Matt graduated from Cottage Grove HS in 1981, attended LCC, and was part of a welding program in 1986. Now a part of TAG since 2016, he is the Panel Shop Foreman, overseeing and managing. In his spare time, Matt likes to hunt, fish, and race dirt tracks.

Jordan started with TAG in 2021 as a Panel Shop Technician, working on control panels, doing quality checks, redlining drawings, and troubleshooting panel layouts. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, camping, and mountain biking. Jordan also races BMX and helps build tracks.
