Bio:
Educational Background: 2 year associates degree from Lane Community College in Electronics Engineering Technology. IECC Journeyman electrician.
Scott has 20+ years experience in industrial electronics as a troubleshooter, designer, programmer, start-up technician, panel builder and electrician. Scott has a working Knowledge of DC drives, AC drives, Servo Motion Control (both linear and rotary), Velocity and Position control, Instrumentation and PLC’s in many different industrial processes.
Scott has experience in the woods products industry but also has worked in plastics, steel, silicon, paper, machine tools, refuse handling, agricultural, aggregate, water and wastewater.
Larry Dick

Larry has experience in Designing, Construction, Start-up and General Electrical Repair Service, Programming PLC’s and SCADA systems. Larry served 6 years as a Electronics Technician in the US Navy. Larry also spent 2 years at Lane Community College for Electronics Service. Larry has worked in automation and controls arena for 40 years, with hands on experience programming, repairing and applying DC and AC Drives, PLC’s, Linear Motion, Velocity Loops, Instrumentation and Control in many different industrial processes. Larry provides his knowledge and experience to manufacturing processes in the Wood Products, Chemical, Aggregate, Water, Waste Water and a dozen or more other Industries.
Devin Hatefi

As programmer, Devin is responsible for PLC/HMI programming, motion control and SCADA systems integration. Devin's experience includes most aspects of manufacturing and process control. His experience with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems is reflected in his control systems designs. Devin completed his electrical apprenticeship in 1993 and holds his Electrical Supervisors license
Harold Barton

Harold Barton currently acts as our primary Project Manager. Harold has designed and managed the production of large industrial control projects for over 20 years. After over 18 years of control design and project management with another employer Harold came to TAG with an extensive controls background and a well known attention to detail. Harold’s goals are to have the best possible working relationship with customers, coworkers, and vendors, and to put out the very best product in the industry.

Matthew Wells currently supervises all panel shop production and purchasing. Matt has worked in the electrical industry for 7 years. Matt has extensive experience in panel building, panel design and installation. Matt is proficient in AutoCad and troubleshooting of electrical controls.

Ed has been employed at TAG for 3 years. Ed works in the panel shop and is also the Vehicle Fleet Manager. Ed has 15 years of previous experience in the shipping industry. Ed has 6 years of experience in the electrical industry delivering parts and maintaining inventory.
